Instructions to make Chilli potato:
- Peel and cut potato in to meduim thick pieces. Soak for 10 mins and then drain in abowl add cornflour, salt and chilli powder mix well. To this add potato mix…. keep aside for 15 mins. Now heat oil and deep fry the potato. In a wok, add ginger,dry red chilli and green chilli. Saute for few second.. then add onion cubes and saute.. now add capsicumcand saute.. then add chilli sauce, soya sauce,tomato ketchup,sugar,veneger… mix well.add boiled water and boil.. now salt.. check the
- Taste.. adjust… now add 1tblspn cron flour mix. (add 1tspn cron flour in 1tblspn of water)mix well and cook finaly add fried potato and mix well… sprinkle some sesome oil and finaly add chopped coriander leaves so tasty potato chilli dry is ready to serve… best with fried rice..
