  1. Mix Paneer with corn flour shallow fry it in a kadai (Pot) till it become brown.
  2. In a separate pan, heat up 2 tbsp of oil and sauté the onions till brown. - Cut green chilli into small pieces and add it to fried onion then put small pieces of capsicum and fry it for sometime.
  3. Add shallow fried paneer to it and put tomato, chill,soy sauce and salt into pan. Mix it really well until the paneer coated evenly to the sauces.
  4. Serve it into the dish and garnish with fresh coriander.

Chilli Paneer can also be served as a side dish. This is absolutely delicious and easy to make. While the naans are baking, heat a large, wide-based pan (preferably non-stick with a matching lid), with a drizzle of vegetable oil over a medium-high heat. Chop the paneer into bite-sized pieces. Make sure you don't over fry the paneer, as it can make it hard and chewy, while it should be soft and melt-in-the-mouth.
