  2. Heat a pan or kadhai on med flame.add oil to heat, Now add Onion and capsicum fry for some time.now add salt, black pepper, paneer and mix together slowly.
  3. In a bowl add soya sauce,chilli sauce,vinegar mix it well and add in the kadhai.in another bowl make a slurry to ararot and water.and mix in the kadhai. Cook it for 1-2 mintues.
  4. Serve with roti or naan.
