- Take Oil for deep frying
- Get Zeera rice
- Make ready 2 cup Rice

Instructions to make Karhi chawal:
- Mix yogurt and gram flour with 6 cups of water and mix them well, add whole red chilli, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder,onion ginger paste paste cook it stirring continously till karahi start boilling
- Cook for 1to 2 hours on slow flame till thick, remove from flame and give baghaar.
- For Pakora - In a bowl mix gram flour, sliced onion, coriander leaves, chopped green chilies, salt, crushed coriander seeds, cumin seeds, crushed red pepper, baking soda, make batter of thick smooth consistency with water as requir
- For Baghaar - Heat oil add chopped onion, fry till light golden, add crushed garlic, brown slightly, then add cumin seeds and karrileaves, add to the Karhi, cover immediately.
- In a pan heat oil with the spices, then add zeera and fry then add water.and salt When water boils put in rice. Bring the rice to quick boil. Then cover it and cook for 10 min on low flame
