- Now add rice in it and cover it and keep it in sim flame for 10 mins. After 10 mins check if it is almost 90%cooked. Then add sugar, dryfruits and 2 tbsp ghee in it. Now mix it gently and cover it again for 5mins in sim flame. After 5 mins check it once again. Serve it hot
