- Shape the dough into an inch, thick disk and split into 8. Roll each bit into a ball.
- Heat pan. Roll out one of the small dough balls into 1/2 cm thick disk.
- Pop the disk into the pan and flip when bubbles start popping up and a little bit of steam comes up from underneath. When flipped wait for 30 secs and transfer onto a plate. - Repeat this step till all 7 are done.
