- Take a pan (medium size) add oil2-3 spoon add mustard seeds (crackers) add fenugreek seeds saute curry leaves
- Now add Chickpeas (besen) flour stir continuously till the colur change.add tomato puree mix fast add 4 cup water add turmeric powder, red chilli powder & salt mix well.
- Add drumsticks cut into pieces add fry vegetables mix well, next add tamarind pulpa and fresh Coriander leaves.
- It's ready serve with steam rice if you want you can deep fry veggies or add raw in curry then cook.
- But deep fry becomes more oily & raw takes more time to cook or want more spicy and tangy adjust with your taste.
