Steps to make Carrot chapati:
- Put your flour in a large basin. Add salt to taste and the carrots. Mix altogether

- Cover with a table cloth and set aside for 30 minutes.
- On a large working place, spread the whole dough, or you can do it in sections, roll it out and apply oil evenly. Cut into desired shape and make balls for the individual chapatis
- When done, cover and set aside for 15minutes. Take each and roll out to the desired shape according to the size of your pan
- Cook each side until it is golden brown. Repeat for all the chapatis. Make sure to put in a hot keeping dish.
