- Prepare 250 g jumbo rolled oats
- Make ready 125 g butter
- Make ready 125 g soft brown sugar
- Prepare 2-3 golden syrup
- Get 1.5 table spoons chia seeds

- Take 2 table spoons of raisins

Steps to make Seed and raisin flapjack:
- In a pan melt butter, sugar and golden syrup in a pan.
- Pour mixture into a bowl with oats and seeds and mix.
- Grease a tray, we used a cake tin as we didn’t have a square tin and push all ingredients down so it is compact. We used an old jam jar!
- Cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Take out of the oven and let cook completely.
- Cut into pieces and enjoy!
I have included pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds but you can use whatever seeds you have or what is in your cupboards. The same applies to the fruit. The recipe includes dried cranberries and raisins but do feel free to try out your favourite dried fruit. I keep a jar of mixed seeds in the fridge at home and often sprinkle them on a salad. Whichever blend of seeds you use, I would recommend to include some pumpkin seeds.
