Stir in chicken stock, lentils, wine and Parmesan rinds; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Stir in lentils and water and bring to a boil. Stir in tomato sauce, carrots and celery. Stir in cheese and cilantro and season to taste with salt and pepper and serve topped with sour cream if desired.

  1. Boil the lentils first with a pinch of turmeric powder & salt. Don’t over boil them. Now add kidney beans and chickpeas with boiled lentils. Add all the ingredients apart from onion and fresh garlic cloves and mix them well.

Now serve them with rice or any kind of bread or just have them as soup. If you want to have them as soup then just add extra water while cooking and then blend.
