  2. Meanwhile in a baking dish arrange onions, beans sausages and tomatoes, drizzle the oil mixture, place in oven and bake for 50 minutes or until sausages turn golden brown, cover with foil and set aside for 10 minutes before serving

Stir in oregano and remaining ingredients; reduce heat to medium-low. Make the broth thinner or thicker. If the soup broth is too thick, add more milk to thin as desired. Spread green beans, potatoes, and sausage on the baking sheet. They do not need to be kept separate.
