Be careful not to use any of the thick white parts of the cabbage. In a large bowl, mix the besan or chickpeas flour, red chili powder, remaining salt and baking soda.

  1. In mixing bowl add chopped onion and chopped cabbage
  2. Add dry ingredients like all-purpose flour,besan,rice flour,and corn flour.add spices red chilli powder,and turmeric powder add salt and mix well
  3. If need add 1tsp or 2 tsp water only(mostly avoid water because if we use water more pakoda not will become crunchy)
  4. Heat oil and put pakoda step by step.Deep fry till become golden brown and crunchy on low medium flame
  5. Ready to eat zhatpat crispy tasty onion cabbage paisa😍😘

Be careful not to use any of the thick white parts of the cabbage. In a large bowl, mix the besan or chickpeas flour, red chili powder, remaining salt and baking soda. In a bowl add chickpea flour, rice flour, salt, carom seeds, oil, shredded cabbage. Add some water and mix this make it with pakoda mixture. Heat oil and deep fry the cabbage pakoda.
