- Add chopped potatoes, cover and cook till potatoes are half cooked
- Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder and saute till raw smell goes off
- Add chopped cabbage and coat them with the masala and cover and cook for 10 minutes on medium low heat by stirring occasionally.
- Add 1/2 spoon garam masala and chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with Roti, chapathi.etc
