  1. Take rice and wash with water.
  2. Then, dry roast the gram in pan in gas.
  3. After light roasting,put the gram in bowl.
  4. Then,add water in roasted gram for soak.
  5. Cut potato,green chilli and tomato
  6. Put oil in pan and fry the rice.
  7. Next,keep it in a bowl from pan.
  8. Once again put oil in pan.
  9. Put the potato and fry it.
  10. Keep it also in a plate.
  11. Paste ginger and green chill
  12. Then,put oil in pan with dry chilli, bay leaf,cumin seeds,cardamom,cinnamon and cloves
  13. Then,saute it, add tomato and curry leaves in same pan
  14. Then,saute it in oil.
  15. Next,add rice and saute it in pan.
  16. Then,add water soak lentil in pan with rice.
  17. After that,saute it and put potato.
  18. Mix turmeric and ginger chilli paste in a plate.
  19. Add the mixture with lentil and rice in pan with red chilli.
  20. Mix all of them and saute it in pan with salt and sugar.
  21. Then add water in pan and start boil.
  22. At the time of boil stir it very well.
  23. When the water will reduce then add raisins and cashews
  24. Then mix them and stir them with ghee.
  25. After that,ready the khichdi.
  26. After that,cut brinjal in round shape.
  27. Then,take another pan with oil in gas.
  28. Mix salt with brinjal
  29. When the oil tempt, brinjal pieces fry in it.
  30. Then,barley and gram flour mix in a bowl.
  31. Add salt and green chilli in the mixture pot.
  32. Next,add water in it and make a dough.
  33. Make small round slices..
  34. Then, take oil again in pan.
  35. Then,tempt oil and fry the balls.
  36. Next,cut onion and green chilli in a bowl.
  37. Beat a egg and salt in it for mix.
  38. Mix all of them in same bowl.
  39. Next,put fry pan with oil in gas.
  40. Add the mixture in pan in round shape and fry it.
  41. When fry,gently push cook portion from the center immediately.
  42. After fry,remove the edge of the egg from the pan
  43. Next,fold it in half with turner with quick flip of the wrist
  44. Then,turn pan and slide omelet on the plate.
  45. Ready the egg omelet and another fry.
  46. Lasty,serve of them khichdi with almond crush.
