Instructions to make Buttermilk dosa:
  1. Wash rice,poha and fenugreek seeds and strain it.
  2. Add curd and salt and mix well and soak for 4 - 5 hours.
  3. Grind to make a paste and add salt and grated coconut.
  4. Keep aside for fermentation
  5. When batter is thick so that you can add milk or water.
  6. Add eno fruit salt and mix well.
  7. Heat non stick pan and grease with butter.
  8. Add one spoon batter and don`t spread.
  9. Grease some butter and cover it and cook in a slow flame.
  10. Cook only one side.
  11. Serve hot with tomato chutney.
