  2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add mustard seeds. Once crackled add onions. Saute it. Once translucent add all vegetables, red chilli powder, turmeric powder & salt. Saute for 1 minute.
  3. Add barley Dalia. Mix well. Saute for 1-2 minutes. Add 3 cup water. (or as per thick Ness)
  4. Cook it until 2-3 whistles on medium flame. Switch off gas. Let it cool.
