- Add garlic,Jeera,soaked chana dal, coconut and little amount of water to the mixer jar. Grind coarsely.
- Add coriander leaves to the mixer jar and make it a smooth paste
- Transfer the grinded masala to the buttermilk in a utensil where you can stir it well and boil. Add water and adjust the consistency at this stage. Add salt according to taste. Stir continuously and boil it well for about 5-10 minutes in medium flame.
