  1. Bowl mein Atta dal lein or as required water dal kar atta ghound lein.
  2. 30 mint ke liye cover kar ke rakh dein. 30 mint esliye rakha hai, ta ke set hojaye or asani se ghoundha Jaye.
  3. 30 mint baad atta ghound ke bowl mein dal kar cover kar ke 1 ghanta freezer mein rakh dein ta ke set hojaye..
  4. Tawa garam hone ke liye halki anch rakh dein.. Choty choty perry bana lein
  5. Khusk atta lagake roti bail lein or taway par roti dal dein. Or dono side se cook kar lein
