- Peel and grate potatoes and eggs. Grate or finley chop pickeld cucumbers.
- When potatoes, eggs and shredded chicken are not warm anymore, put them in big mixing bowl.
- Drain and add canned snow peas. Add black pepper and lemon juice. Mix gently. Add mayonnaise and mix until all ingredients coat with sauce. You may need more mayo.
- Check the salt. Add salt only if you like it saltier. Put in serving plate.Flat the surface. Add more mayo to surface. Garnish with cherry tomatos and fresh parsley or mint or even snow peas
