Blend all of the spices in a food processor until they're all the same size. This includes your celery salt, garlic salt, and kosher salt, as well as your dried herbs, ground black and white pepper, dried mustard, and paprika.   5. Prepare a mix of barbecues sauce,soya sauce, Worcestershire sauce,ketchup and ginger powder. Add the mix to the onions.
  6. Add 1 1/2 cups of water then add the sauce mixture. When boiling add the rice. Bring to simmer then turn the heat down to low and cook for 15 minutes more.
  7. For the salad, add all the ingredients and combine them well. Put it in the fridge for 2 hours then serve.

Keep pulsing the ingredients until the herbs are broken up and the same size. Mix all of the seasoning ingredients together in a bowl (minus the chicken and egg). Take the pieces of chicken and dip in a slightly beaten egg. Roll the chicken in the mixed spices. Fry the coated chicken in oil.
