  5. In a bowl add 1 cup of flour, half teaspoon of salt, half teaspoon of cumin,half teaspoon of cinnamon powder and 4 tablespoon of oil
  6. Mix well, make sure all the spices are combined well
  7. Add prepared puree and 4 tablespoon of water
  8. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth and soft
  9. Cover and allow to rest for 30 minutes
  10. Dust with flour and knead again for 5 minutes
  11. Divide into 9 or 10 portions
  12. Take one portion dip into flour and roll
  13. Heat pan on a medium heat once hot place ur rolled chapati and cook for a minute you will notice few bubbles on top
  14. Flip and cook the other side for a minute
  15. Serve with pepper soup or you can stuff veggie and make a roll
