- Heat a pan put sugar in it. Add two tbsp of water. Stir continuously to make it thick or one string consistency syrup. Then switch the flame off.
- Add cashew nut powder and chopped fig. Place the pan back on the flame. Stir continuously. Add two tsp of ghee in it. When the mixture become non sticky then switch off the flame. Let it cool down.
- Knead the mixture. Put it on greased surface or butter paper. Roll it into slightly thick layer. Cut into diamond shape.
