  1. A - Heat 1 C of oil in a deep frying pan. Fry anchovies until crispy or until anchovies turn to lightly brown. Remove and drain. Set aside.

Stir fry for few minutes until rice is well mixed and it absorbs the fragrance of the garlic. Season to taste with chicken seasoning powder. Just a little as we have well seasoned sautéed sausages. Add sautéed sausages with anchovies. Stir to mix well. Dish up.
