Instructions to make Honey Chilli Glazed Meatballs:
  1. Prep your ingredients and pre-heat the oven to 180’C fab.
  2. In a large bowl add the Mince, breadcrumbs, egg, spring onions finely chopped, crushed garlic, and salt & pepper. Mix well till everything is combined. Split the mixture into quarters then into 4’s and make into a meatball shape. You should end up with 16 decent sized meatballs.
  3. Lay the meatballs on a lined baking sheet and spray a few sprays of oil spray over them. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes till cooked and slightly browned.
  4. Meanwhile for the sauce combine all the ingredients and put into a saucepan on a low heat. Cook for 5 minutes till bubbling and thickened.
  5. Mix the cooked meatballs in the sauce and serve on brown rice with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and finely chopped spring onions. ENJOY!
