  1. Get 2 cups whole wheat flour (atta)

  1. Rinse the methi leaves well drain them completely.
  2. Chop the methi leaves.
  3. In a bowl mix the whole wheat flour,salt,methi leaves, green chilies and oil.
  4. Pour some water and knead to a smooth dough.
  5. Make medium sized balls of the dough dust the dough ball with some flour and then start rolling the methi paratha.
  6. Place it over hot pan and roast it with ghee or oil.
  7. Ready to serve.
