- Besides heat up the pan pop a slice of butter keep burner on low flame while the butter is hot mix the egg yolks to egg whites then just pop it in the pan keep it covered for two minutes then uncover the lid sprinkle salt,black pepper,fenugreek leaves crushed & coriander leaves
- While the sides are golden it looks slightly fluffy remove it
- The deliciously awesome soufflé omelette is ready enjoy with tomato ketchup or anything of your choice.
