Instructions to make Napolitana Sauce:
- Dice Onion, Crush Garlic & Prep Spices
- Add the diced Onions, Garlic and half of the Olive Oil to a pot and saute
- When the Onions are translucent add the paprika and mixed herbs and mix in well
- After a few minutes add the Tomatoes. Slowly bring to the boil and keep stirring every now and then
- Add the Cheese and Sweet Chili and fold it into the sauce
- Blitz together and let it simmer for a few minutes
- Add the remainder of the Olive Oil and Salt and Pepper to taste
