- Take a bowl. - Add besan to to it. - Then add all the above mention ingredients to it.
- Add 1 glass of water to it. - Mix it well throughly for 2 minutes. - Check out no lumps should be there in it. - Check out batter should be little thick in consistency. - Keep aside for 10 min.
- Heat tawa and pour this batter on it. - Spread it in a round shape with the help of big spoon. - Apply oil and cook and medium flame. - Flip it once it become little brown in color. - Cook another side too. - Take it out in a plate. - Garnish it with coriander leaves. - Serve it with curd and enjoy this innovative Dhosa.
