Instructions to make Curry Green Beans:
- Boil the Green beans and baby marrow until soft enough to Mash, add to Large bowl
- Cook Onion and Curry in 500g oil, don't over cook the onions, when done you can wait for it to cool down to room temperature
- Peel the tomatoes and roughly chop them up, this will be added to the baby marrow and green beans which are mashed up
- Once you have mashed up the baby marrow, green beans and tomatoes, mix them together with 1 Tablespoon of Salt, add the Oil mixture and mix well
- You can now add this to bottles and put them in the fridge, can be served cold or warmed up. Can be stored for roughly 2 to 3 weeks as long as there is enough oil covering the mix
