  20. Prepare 1 capsicum cut into cubes

  7. Reduce the flame and add soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, red chilli powder, pepper powder, salt, sugar and mix well. Saute about for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
  8. Add corn flour slurry with little water and mix up well.
  9. Add fried chicken pieces and stir to combine well. Cook the chilli chicken over a low heat for few minutes until all the sauce is fully absorbed with the chicken. Add chopped coriander leaves, mix well and turn off the heat.
  10. Serve chilli chicken hot with roti, naan or paratha.
