- Take out the mixture, and fry it in medium hot oil till turns crisp, fry in small batches
- In another pan, add little oil, fry finely chopped garlic and green chillies, add soya sauce, red chilli sauce,vinegar, capsicum and fried chicken pieces stir and coat properly in sauce..finely garnish with Sesame seeds and spring onion greens..

Stir in the spices and cook for a few secs. Bring to the boil and add the chorizo and chicken thighs. Add the chorizo and fry for a few mins more.
