- Peel and Chop the carrots and boil in a different pan until you can mash it.
- Put the celeriac and carrots in a bowl and mash together.
- Form the mixture into burgers and bread crumb the outside of the burgers.
- Tip// you can put these in the freezer and get them whenever you want so you don't have to use them all.
- Put the chicken in a pan and while that's cooking next is the cheese sauce.
- Put a tea spoon of butter in a pan until it's melted then add half a tub of cream put it on a low heat or the cream will curdle next add 1 teaspoon of mustard add a handful of cheese and taste
- Cook the burgers in a pan
- Finally garnish with spinach and parsley
