- Heat oil in a pan,put cardamom, cloves. Add to it onions, ginger garlic paste and saute till it changes colour. Don't brown them.
- Add the dry spices except salt and kasuri methi. mix, add in the tomatoes,cook till pulpy. Add in the curd and mix now add salt and chicken pieces.Saute a little then add little water, cover and cook till chicken is half done.
- Now add methi leaves, cover and cook till chicken is done.At this time add kasuri methi, cook for 2 minutes and off the flame.
- Kasuri methi chicken is ready to serve.
