- You can bake as is or water bath for 45 mins before switching the pan/ removing the pan from the water bath then, to the other side and bake for another 10-20 mins.
- If you have colours you might one to cover the top using a bigger tray on the top rack to prevent from browning. I used aluminium foil and sadly the cake touched the foil and voilà… 😅
- Let it sit on a cooling rack for an hour or two

Serve it however you like with sugar dusted over, whipped cream frosting, butter cream frosting or chocolate frosting. What sets Kentucky Butter Cake apart is the sweet butter vanilla sauce.
