- Start kneading and continue doing so till the flour is no longer sticky
- Oil lightly your bowl and your dough and cover to proof till well risen
- Once risen, knead again to remove air, grease your baking and put your dough in shaping it nicely to fit in tin
- Make a few shallow cuts on dough and cover for the second time proofing
- Meanwhile pre heat your oven at 180dg.
- Once proven, brush in egg wash or milk on top of your dough and put in oven to cook for 35 min
- The aroma is heavenly
