  10. Fold the dough into think layers.
  11. Roll it (as you see in the photos).
  12. And tuck it.
  13. Brush them with melted ghee.
  14. Put them in the fridge for 30 minutes rest.
  15. Again using rolling pin, roll the dough out.
  16. Heat a pan.
  17. Place the dough into the pan. Cover it with ghee.
  18. Bake one side, and flip over to bake other side.
  19. While it is baking you would see layers of bread, it is so beautiful.
