  6. Stretch the flipped dough and make a circular shape, and flattened it again.
  7. Rest the envelope dough about 3 minutes before fried it.
  8. Fried it in a pan without oil, and flip when it started to turn golden brown.
  9. Take it out from the pan and clap it to release the air trapped inside. This step will give the crispyness.
  10. Top it with the topping or eat it with curry sauce.
