  4. Step 4…. - - Phir meat mein daal aur wheat dal kar mix karain aur medium heat per pakain aur mathi se achi trah ghotain ya hand blender se blend kar Lain. jab continuously haleem ki trah ho Jay to flame off kar dun aur is mein tarka laga dain.
  5. Step 5…. - - Ek fry pan mein 1/2 cup oil dal kar onion golden brown kar ke nikal Lein aur oil Daleem mein dal dain.
  6. Step 6…. - - Aur Daleem ko serving dish mein nikal kar fried onion, green chillies, ginger Julian,coriander leaves,mint, lemon slice aur Chaat masala se garnish karein….
