- Make ready 1 kg beef boneless
- Take 1 cup Chaana Daal
- Take 1 cup Masoor Daal
- Take 1 cup moong Daal
- Take 1 cup mash Daal (urad Daal)
- Prepare 200 grm broken wheat (daliya)
- Take 1/2 cup barley
- Take 3 oinon chopped
- Take 2 tbsp Garlic paste
- Make ready 2 tbsp Ginger paste
- Get 2 tbsp red chilli powder
- Get 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Get 1 tbsp Cumin powder
- Take 1 tbsp coriander powder
- Get 2 tbsp all spices
- Prepare to taste Salt
- Prepare 1 cup oil

- Get 1/4 cup oil
- Get 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
- Take 6-7 red chilli whole
- Take Garnishing
- Prepare Green chilli chopped
- Prepare Lemon
- Get Fried onion
- Get Ginger Julian cut
- Prepare As required

Instructions to make Beef Daleem:
- Soak broken wheat, Daal Chaana,Daal Masoor,Daal mong, Daal mash and barley in water for over night.
- Take a pressure cooker,pour oil add chopped oinon and fry till light golden brown.
- Now add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes.
- Now add boneless Beef and all spices and water as you required,stir well and close the lid of the cooker.
- Leave it on a medium heat for 25 minutes.
- Open the pressure goes off, open the lid. Water dried then mash beef very well with hand whisker (wooden spoon)
- Cook wheat and barley with 6 cup of water on low flame till tender.
- Boiled the all lentils on low flame till tender, cool and blend all lentils.
- Now mix mashed beef with blended wheat, barley and gram mixture.
- Put to cook in a pan meshing very well adding 2 cup of lukewarm water.
- Check the spices if you need you can add the spices.
- Keep meshing very well,cook for at least half an hour.
- Take a pan add heat oil separately add Cumin seeds and red chilli whole and pour it over the haleem.
- Your Haleem is ready to be served.
- Garnish with fried oinon, green chilli, Ginger and lemon.
- Serve hot with Rogani Naan or plan Naan.
