Make equal sized cylindrical shaped kababs. Heat up the non stick pan and shallow fry all the kababs and keep aside.
  7. After an hour or so the dough will get doubled. Sprinkle some flour and punch the dough to remove air. Again knead well and make big equal sized ball from it. Roll the ball in thick square roti. Repeat the same process for the spinach puree dough.
  8. Keep spinach roti on plain roti. Keep the grated cheese on one side of the roti. Keep prepared Kabab on grated cheese and again put some grated cheese on Kabab. Cover the Kabab with roti.
  9. Make 1/2 inch cuts in the other portion of the roti. Gently twist all the cut portions as shown in pic and then roll over the Kabab. Repeat the process to make all kabab rolls.
  10. Keep the prepared kabab rolls in dusted plate. Brush kabab rolls with milk. Bake in an preheated oven for 25 to 30 mins at 190 degrees centigrade. Time and temperature may vary depending upon the oven you are using.
  11. Remove from oven and immediately apply butter on kabab rolls.
